I ordered a crystal gift from Winning Crystal, and the item itself was actually fine once it showed up. The shipping was sorta frustrating though, because the tracking barely changed for days and I kept having to check it myself.

It did finally arrive, just a lot later than I expected. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something to arrive by a specific date.

I placed my order and was just hoping everything would show up right. When it arrived, I checked through it all and everything was exactly what I ordered. No mix-ups, no missing items, just a smooth and easy experience.

My crystal made it here completely safe, like it survived an epic journey untouched. The box had tons of padding, so I definitely had to battle through the wrapping for a minute, but i’d rather deal with that than the heartbreak of opening a broken crystal. Happy with it overall.

I reached out to support it took ages to hear back. I was trying to stay patient, and I guess they did reply eventually, so that’s something. But when the response finally came, it wasn’t all that helpful, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great either.

I kind of ordered from Winning Crystal on impulse because I needed a personalized crystal gift and suddenly thought, okay, this could actually be perfect. They had a good mix of sizes, shapes, and engraving options, so it didn’t feel like I was stuck with one basic design.

Adding the wording was simple enough, but I’ll admit I kept going back to the preview like, wait, does that look centered or am I overthinking it? It worked fine, I just wish the preview was a little sharper or easier to judge before placing the order.

When the crystal arrived, my first reaction was honestly, “Oh wow, this turned out nice.” The engraving looked clean and the whole thing felt thoughtful. I’d give it 5 stars if the customization preview was clearer, but overall I’m happy with it.

My order came yesterday and the driver did call before he got here, so that was helpful. It was later than the time it showed on tracking, but not by too much. Package was in good shape and he left it by the door like I asked. Overall it was fine, just wish the updates was a bit more clear.

I had to approve the proof twice, which was... kind of annoying. Not a huge deal, but yeah, it added an extra step I wasn’t expecting.

I just got my order recently, so maybe I’m still riding that first-impression excitement, but I’m happy with it. The price felt fair, and the crystal looked better in person than I expected. For what I paid, it definitely feels like a good deal. I’d probably buy again.

My issue did get fixed eventually, but the whole process took way longer than it should have. Support was slow, and I had to keep chasing them for updates, which was ridiculous. Glad it’s sorted now, but the experience wasn’t great...

I was kind of shocked when I saw it. The crystal just looked a lot cheaper in person, and the quality really wasn’t what I was hoping for at all. I’m not saying I expected a museum piece, but wow, it definitely felt like a letdown
